Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and his globalist buddies are set to accelerate digital public infrastructure (DPI) in 50 countries by 2028.
This campaign to accelerate DPI dubbed “50-in-5” was virtually launched on Nov. 8 in cooperation with countries committing to sharing learnings, best practices and technologies. Organizers claim the program will ultimately reduce costs, build local capacity, maximize impact and help radically shorten the implementation journeys for digital public infrastructure (DPI).
DPI is an interoperable network of components that include digital payments, ID and data exchange systems which globalists have been asserting to be essential for participation in markets and society in a digital era. “DPI is needed for all countries to build resilient and innovative economies, and for the well-being of people,” the program’s website declared.
The advocacy campaign seeks to have 50 countries design, launch and scale at least one component of their DPI stack in a safe, inclusive and interoperable manner in the next five years. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Center for Digital Public Infrastructure, Digital Public Goods Alliance and United Nations Development Program are involved with the program.
The 50-in-5 initiative is also supported by GovStack, the Inter-American Development Bank and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). According to sources, one of the proponents, Co-Develop, was founded by the left-wing Rockefeller Foundation.
Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister Dumitru Alaiba gave the keynote address, telling attendees that his country was modeling its “government super app” after Ukraine’s Diia platform, which aims “to enable all life situations” with digital ID.
“Over the next five years, we are committed to enhancing and establishing key DPI components: the payments system, the digital signature and the digital identity,” he said. “All of those components are available in Moldova. They are currently being in a permanent state of evolution.”
The landlocked nation isn’t the only nation that signed up with the 50-in-5 campaign. Ten other nations – Guatemala, Norway, Estonia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Singapore – followed suit.
But Sociable editor Tim Hinchliffe pointed out that the 50-in-5 campaign is an agenda concocted by a coalition of unelected globalists to accelerate technocratic control through digital ID, central bank digital currency (CBDC) and massive data sharing.
“If successful, DPI will give governments and corporations the power to implement systems of social credit that can determine where and how you can travel, what you are allowed to consume and how you will be able to transact with your programmable money,” the article pointed out. Unsurprisingly, the globalist World Economic Forum (WEF) – backed by Gates, the UN and the European Union – is behind the push for DPI. In a series of articles published in September, the WEF justified the necessity of DPI as “thinking about the children” and what is best for them. “Children’s rights around the world can be boosted by investing in DPIs,” said one article published on Sept. 18.
But what the globalists really mean is that they need the DPI to have better control future of generations.
The WEF also noted that 2023 is the “halfway point” for achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). According to a report by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), this halfway mark “is an opportunity to assess and recalibrate” efforts to realize the rights of every child, everywhere. The same report warned, however, that two-thirds of child-related indicators are off-pace to meet their targets.
According to Reclaim the Net, DPI is a buzzword used in somewhat interesting/alarming concord by organizations such as the UN, EU, the Gates Foundation, and of course, the WEF is never quite out of any such picture.
“What DPIs are supposed to do, in the best-case scenario, is aid development in several ways. Those looking deeper into platitudes and ‘corporate speak’ coming from these organizations, however, are dismissing the term and the policy as a ruse to speed up the introduction of digital IDs and payments, with a deadline of 2030, the article stated.
“If you’re a citizen of a UN member-state, and your government (i.e., taxpayers) are contributing to various UN efforts and, you feel either uneasy or just insufficiently informed about all this, well, too bad. They’re going ahead anyway.”
